Remenham Village Defribrillator

Our village defibrillator is now in place outside the Parish Hall and is up and running.

The defibrillator was bought with surplus money generated from the activities arranged for the Queen’s Jubilee in 2012.  If you remember, we asked villagers for ideas on how we might spend the money and a village defibrillator was chosen from all the suggestions we received.

The equipment has been bought and installed in conjunction with the charity Millie’s Dream, so thank you to Sarah Roberts and her team for their help and advice.  Thanks also go to the local ambulance service who also advised us on the best machine to buy and are now offering us training on how to use the machine the help save lives.
