Hire Charges

(Excluding liability in respect of any malfunction of equipment.) 

The Parish Hall is licensed for a maximum of 100 people inside the building. The approx. number of people the hall can accommodate for a sit-down meal is 65-70.

 

Private Lettings from 1/7/18                      £20.00 per hour    Min. booking 2 hours (Whole hours only)

Commercial Lettings                                     Price on application.

Rowing Camps (min 10 people)                  Price on application.

Wedding Receptions                                     Price on application.

 

The charges include the use of tables, chairs and all kitchen equipment except the 100 place setting of crockery and cutlery which attract an additional fee depending on requirements.  Remenham residents may hire the tables, chairs, etc for use in their own homes.

                                               

A deposit of £100 is required to secure the date for larger bookings for 40 or more people,  £200 deposit for weddings, this deposit to secure the date and cover any cost incurred in respect of damage to the fabric of the hall or its fixtures and fittings.

Pudding bowls*                                                     £1.00 for 10

Cups and saucers*                                                £2.00 for 10

 

*There will be a charge of £2 per item in respect of any damages or loss to cover the cost of replacement.

 

Knives, forks, spoons                                           50p per 10 items

Please maintain social distancing, wear a mask and

use the hand sanitiser on entry to church

Public worship resumed from 3rd December and details of our services, including Christmas are above.  Sadly, there is still no congregational singing allowed and we will be observing social distancing and wearing masks.  The church continues to be open every day for  private prayer.

 

Cleaning protocols etc are in place in church.
