Hire Charges January 23

(Excluding liability in respect of any malfunction of equipment.) 

The Parish Hall is licensed for a maximum of 100 people inside the building. The approx. number of people the hall can accommodate for a sit-down meal is 65.

Private Lettings £25.00 per hour     Min. booking 2 hours(Whole hours only)

Commercial Lettings                           Price on application.

Wedding Receptions                           Price on application.

Between 1 October and 1 April there will be a charge of £20 per hall booking to cover the cost of electricity.

The charges include the use of tables, chairs and all kitchen equipment except the crockery and cutlery which attract an additional fee depending on requirements.  Remenham residents may hire the tables, chairs, etc for use in their own homes.

A deposit of £100 may be required to secure the date and cover any costs incurred in respect of damage to the fabric of the hall or its fixtures and fittings.
